What's New?

Seems like I only get to post every quarter. Life is busy and I like it that way. The boys are in the swing of baseball season and counting the days until school is out. They keep asking me when it will be hot enough to swim and where are we going for vacation this year? They are definitely looking forward to summer break. I'm not sure if I'm ready yet or not. For now, I'm just trying to get through Easter. :) All of our family is coming over Sunday for lunch and an Easter egg hunt. Should be fun!

For now, here are a few pictures of my little sluggers (who aren't so little anymore).

Different

All 3 of my boys are completely different. They have different personalities, moods and triggers. They have their own ideas and opinions. One is super sensitive and a little moody, one is full of energy and one bubbles over with joy. They are all kind and loving but still totally different. I love them for their differences. It keeps our house full of life and there is never a dull moment. Here are a few pictures that show a little bit of their personalities......

It's been a while

So it's been a while since I have posted. Things have been good. The summer was full of swimming, baseball tournaments, and spending time with friends and family. School just started and we have a 5th grader and 2nd grader. How did that happen? My boys are growing up fast!! I think it's best to just show you in pictures all that has gone on lately.....

Snow Days!

Growing up as a Texas girl I NEVER saw snow. I mean NEVER. This first time I saw snow and got to touch it I was 13 and in Colorado. So, that being said my boys have seen snow two winters in a row! They are going to start to think this is normal. This year they have been out of school for an entire week. dang! I would have loved a week off from school for snow when I was young.
It is so fun to watch them get excited when it starts to snow! Then we get all bundled up and I let them loose. They LOVE it! And I love to watch them play, throw snowballs, and make snow angels. I have always said Texas is the best place live. Now that we have snow, it's even better.

Christmas 2010

I LOVE Christmas! The best part of Christmas for me is watching my boys filled with joy and excitement. Watching my children enjoy the holiday is like being a kid again.
We had such a wonderful time with family and friends this year. On Christmas Eve, we went to church and it was a beautiful service. Carson spent most of the time staring at the worship team with his little mouth open. He LOVED the music. It is so important for us to remember the real meaning of Christmas.
Christmas morning came early but was great! I am blessed beyond what I deserve and try to enjoy every moment.

Happy Halloween 2010

This year we had a Tiger and a Ninja! The boys had fun trick or treating and we enjoyed spending time with family. Now it's time for Thanksgiving! Woohoo!
